We accept returns for online orders within 10 days of order delivery as indicated by the customer’s provided tracking number.

We will not accept any returns sent by post without prior written communication and valid return authorisation. To request a return authorisation, please contact us at contact@lesmeres.com

We ask that all returns be in original condition with attached tags and original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns.

We do not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods while they are in transit from the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return item(s) are packaged and delivered intact and in original purchased condition, and we strongly recommend using an appropriate carrier with a tracking system. If any matters of liability arise, they will be dealt with and settled between the customer and the return shipping company directly.

We offer free international shipping.

Order will be processed and sent within 2-3 days.

Products may differ from the E-store image due to the hand made process.

All shipments are sent via DHL.

International orders may be subject to duty and custom fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
